• The Lodge

    Paradis par CharlElie Couture

A lodge completely inspired by CharlElie’s world, with raw and noble materials in shades of gray. A whole wall painted white to give free rein to the artist to write with his hand his poetic prose inspired by this place that speaks to him.
As in all lodges, you can relax in a king size bed, enjoy a shaded patio of 25m2 sheltering a jacuzzi heated all year to enjoy colors and smells of the forest. Your lodge has separated WC and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

“Light, osmosis with the forest, transparency, space” inspired the design of our 18 lodges. Built on stilts, from wood species present in the surrounding forest – douglas, chestnut, oak – our lodges are real, warm and cosy suites. Their large windows and open terraces, equipped with a private spa, promote an harmonious dialogue between the interiors and the forest. And for the final touch, each lodge has been designed by a contemporary artist.

Walk or not

Walking is the best way to get around and explore our forest and the woods that surround it (the W.H.O recommends 10,000 steps a day to be healthier!). However, electric carts are provided for ease of travel, in case of necessity or a momentary lack of energy… here everything is allowed.

Interview

CharlElie

Artist "Multiste"

Tell us what motivated you to join this project, how did you draw inspiration from the space and the nature around it ?

Poetry is a sap it insinuates itself, alive, between the fibers of our thoughts poetry must remain in motion like the wind, the rain or the thought the poetry clings to the branches and hides in the heart of the night when our sleepy bodies of having loved too much aspire only to the deserved rest of the warrior of peace, sheltered under a roof, wherever it may be, in a cave, a barracks, a hotel, a lodging, a protected area, a hammock at mic mac, on a box of straw or a spring mattress, in a barn or on a bed of leaves near my blonde that it is good made good good made near my blonde that it is good to sleep.

How did you chose to decorate the lodge that carries your signature?

I chose to simply trust my instincts, like a free balancer, the tightrope walker who dares to trust himself when he knows that the storm rises and that thunder roars, But he keeps going on because it’s an allegory of life.
