uilding on the success of its new format, our restaurant Ardent is keeping the momentum going with its à la carte menu, offering relaxed fine dining shaped by the chef's inspiration and the best seasonal produce. Ardent welcomes you for dinner from Thursday to Monday, and for lunch on Saturday and Sunday. From Monday to Friday at lunchtime, we also offer a new menu: La Carte Buissonnière. The terrace remains open for as long as the weather allows.

Working here has always been a privilege.
Having grown up largely in my grandfather’s garden, I learned to love what the earth can offer us at its best — admittedly at the cost of some effort, but effort that was always worth it.
The earth knows how to give, but first, we must give ourselves to it.
Today, with my teams, our dearest wish is to let you experience firsthand this pleasure that the earth gives us.
So, if along a path or during a stroll through the vegetable garden you happen to cross paths with one of my team members, don’t hesitate to give them a smile, or even to thank them if you’ve had a wonderful time. Because they are the ones who will have done everything possible to make your experience as extraordinary as it can be.
