A word from the Chef...
Working here has always been a privilege.
Having grown up largely in my grandfather’s garden, I learned to love what the earth can offer us at its best — admittedly at the cost of some effort, but effort that was always worth it.
The earth knows how to give, but first, we must give ourselves to it.
Today, with my teams, our dearest wish is to let you experience firsthand this pleasure that the earth gives us.
So, if along a path or during a stroll through the vegetable garden you happen to cross paths with one of my team members, don’t hesitate to give them a smile, or even to thank them if you’ve had a wonderful time. Because they are the ones who will have done everything possible to make your experience as extraordinary as it can be.
