A luxury Lodge in the heart of the forest

Loire Valley Lodges offers a range of designer luxury suites amid pristine nature

Who ever claimed that comfort and nature cannot coexist harmoniously? Loire Valley Lodges exemplifies, through its 18 ultra-premium accommodations, that one enhances the other—far from compromising it. Drawing inspiration from the treehouse, Anne-Caroline and Bertrand Frey captured its essence when envisioning their lodges: elevation, wood, and above all, the delight of experiencing nature from an unprecedented vantage point. The result? Accommodations perched four meters high, each adorned by a different artist, all providing a singular, immersive escape into nature with the forest as a breathtaking backdrop.

Within these 35 m² lodges, one discovers all the hallmarks of a luxury suite: king-size bed, beverage bar with hot and cold options, Italian-style shower, plush robes, and a private jacuzzi—or even a personal sauna in the Spa+ suites. Here, the design seamlessly merges indoors and out. A sprawling 25 m² terrace, partially sheltered, serves as an extension of the interior, while the expansive bay window in the bedroom invites the exterior in. The journey continues in the historic Sologne-style longhouse at the estate’s core. This charming edifice houses a bar for cozy evenings sipping drinks by the fireside, and the gourmet restaurant Ardent, where chef Thomas Besnault draws from local terroir to craft a menu of poetic elegance. The 300 hectares of private forest beckon for leisurely strolls, whether on foot or by bicycle. Comfort here is devoted to an immersive natural experience—for the true luxury lies in savoring the delights of a slow-paced life deep within the woodland embrace.
